Shipping policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at The Roll Table. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Orders are processed asap typically within 1-3 business days. Customers are welcome to call or email about shipping times before and/or after orders are placed. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Due to current circumstances and high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. We apologize for any delays and appreciate your patience. Customers are always welcome to inquire about current estimates.

Overnight 1-2 business days (Not guaranteed)

Freight 3-4 weeks (Not guaranteed)

*Overnight delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within the contiguous lower 48 states of the United States. Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses The Roll Table ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. Call first to arrange. Additional shipping charges may apply.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

The Roll Table is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.)

Damages

The Roll Table is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. Take photos/video before opening box if shipping damage is obvious.
